All sessions are conducted via Skype internet phone. You must be registered at www.skype.com It is free and makes the call free. If you have a camera you can also see each other. Sessions typically last approximately an hour. The session is recorded and sent it to you in MP3 format via Dropbox so you can re-listen to the complete session. This has considerable value and, often, the second time we can hear things which one does not remember having heard initially.
